What to include
- Product name.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened.
- Device and browser, when the issue is technical.
- A screenshot with personal details removed, when useful.
Protect your information. Never send passwords, payment-card details, tax records, government ID numbers, medical records, or other sensitive personal information.
