How to request help with an ArtBot Creations digital purchase completed on Etsy.
Orders are completed on Etsy. Etsy’s current policies, the terms shown on the listing at purchase, and applicable law govern cancellations, returns, and refunds.
If a file does not work
Send a message from the Etsy order and describe the issue, device, and file involved. We will first try to resolve missing, damaged, or inaccessible files. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data.
Before purchasing
Read the full Etsy listing for the exact file types, language, compatibility, included pages, and license. Digital products do not include a shipped item.
